Mf-1 siphon feed air atomizing nozzle
Mf-1 siphon feed air atomizing nozzle (1) and CB siphon air atomizing nozzle (2) are basically the same in appearance and structure. They both use the siphon principle for liquid supply. In structure, the two siphon atomizing nozzles adopt external mixing structure, and the compressed gas and liquid are mixed outside the nozzle to form atomizing effect.Under the same test conditions, the air consumption of MF-1 siphon air atomizing nozzle is smaller than that of CB siphon air atomizing nozzle, and mF-1 siphon air atomizing nozzles can only use 70%-80% of CB siphon air atomizing nozzles to achieve the air consumption of CB nozzle better atomization effect.
When the siphon height of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles is 50mm, the water consumption of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles is similar, and the amount of air consumption of MF-1 siphon air atomizing nozzles is 75%-80% of that of CB siphon air atomizing nozzles.
When the pressure of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles is 1bar, CB siphon air atomizing nozzles basically cannot form atomization effect, while MF-1 siphon air atomizing nozzles can form negative pressure to siphon liquid supply, and has good atomization effect.
Both siphon air atomizing nozzles achieve the best atomization efficiency at a pressure of 3bar
Fruit. The air consumption of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles is proportional to the air pressure. With the increase of the air pressure, the water consumption of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles begins to increase. When the air pressure is 3bar, the water consumption of the two siphon air atomizing nozzles reaches the peak and then gradually decreases. The MF-1 siphon air atomizing nozzles consumes less air, requires less air pressure to form atomization, and has a higher siphon height and better atomization consumption.
