In addition to the precision structure and performance of the atomizing spray gun itself, the correct operation of the atomizing spray gun can also make the atomizing spray effect twice the result with half the effort. In order to have a good atomizing spray effect, it is also important to master the use of atomizing spray gun skills.
The atomizing spray amplitude adjustment knob is used to adjust the size of the atomizing spray pattern and can be used to detect whether the atomizing spray gun is in the best working condition. Turning the regulator counterclockwise increases the atomizing spray amplitude, while turning the regulator clockwise decreases the atomizing spray amplitude. Below the atomizing spray width adjustment knob is the paint flow adjustment knob, which is used to adjust the amount of paint atomizing sprayed from the nozzle. The atomizing spray amplitude adjusting knob can be turned counterclockwise to increase the needle travel and thus increase the paint flow. III, clockwise rotation, can reduce the needle travel, thereby reducing the paint flow. The last one at the bottom of the gun connected to the intake pipe hole is the air pressure adjustment knob, if the intake pressure is too large, you can rotate the air pressure regulator clockwise to reduce the intake pressure of the gun to the standard value recommended by the manufacturer, if the intake pressure is too small, it is adjusted in the opposite direction. The atomizing spraying operation is through the coordination of these three knobs, so that the atomizing spray gun can achieve the best working condition, so as to implement the atomizing spraying operation.
1, Clean compressed air
Air purification system can be used to achieve clean air. Since the pressure in the air hose and regulator is reduced, the inlet pressure of the automatic gun must be measured and adjusted.
2. Plenty of air
Compressors with adequate gas production capacity and suitable gas storage tanks. The diameter of the compressed air pipe is the key to obtain sufficient compressed air volume. In particular, the inner diameter of the compressed air hose should be at least 8 mm, which can avoid too much pressure drop. Special atomizing spray hose with anti-static, thin material, high temperature, wear and pressure resistance should be used.
3, How to adjust the atomizing spray pressure
(1) Rotate the atomizing spray pressure adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the atomizing spray pressure and obtain the maximum atomization effect.
(2) Rotate the atomizing spray pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the atomizing spray pressure and obtain the minimum atomization effect.
4, How to adjust the flow of paint
(1) Turn the paint flow adjustment knob counterclockwise to increase the needle stroke, thereby increasing the paint flow.
(2) Turn the paint flow adjustment knob clockwise to reduce the needle travel, thereby reducing the paint flow.
5, How to adjust the atomizing spray width (sector)
(1) Rotate the atomizing spray amplitude adjusting knob counterclockwise to increase the atomizing spray amplitude.
(2) Rotate the atomizing spray amplitude adjusting knob clockwise to reduce the atomizing spray amplitude.
