Cause: gas cap center hole or atomization hole blocked

2. Phenomenon: deviation to the left or right

Reasons: 1. The fan control hole on one side of the gas cap is blocked; 2. The gas cap is damaged
Countermeasures: 1. Clean atomizing cap; 2. Replace the atomizing cap
 

3. Phenomenon: The central spray width is too thick

 
Reasons: 1, the spray coating viscosity is too high; 2, spraying pressure is too low; 3, the diameter of the nozzle and the thimble increase and decrease due to wear.
 
Countermeasures: 1, reduce the viscosity of the coating; 2, increase the spraying pressure; 3. Replace the nozzle set.


 

Four, the phenomenon: jet splitting

 
Reasons: 1, paint viscosity is too low; 2, spraying pressure is too high; 3. The inner diameter of the fan control hole is too large; 4, not enough paint; 5. The atomizing air passage is blocked
 
Countermeasures: 1. Increase the viscosity of the coating; 2, lower the spraying pressure; 3, replace the nozzle set; 4, add enough paint; 5. Clean the air passage of the spray gun.

 

Five, phenomenon: jump gun

 
Reasons: 1, the nozzle is not tightened or not installed; 2. Needle sealing kit is loose; 3. The connecting nut of the automatic spray gun is loose (the spray gun in the lower pot); 4, insufficient paint in the pot; 5. The nozzle set is damaged.
 
Countermeasures: 1. Tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle set; 2. Tighten the thimble sealing kit; 3. Tighten the connecting nut; 4, supplement paint; 5. Replace the nozzle set
 
6. Phenomenon: The spray width is heavy or heavy
 
Reasons: 1, the nozzle, thimble or air cap of the air outlet is blocked by debris; 2. Gas cap or nozzle is damaged
 
Countermeasures: 1, cleaning nozzle set; 2, replace the nozzle set;


 
Seven, phenomenon: automatic spray gun can not spray paint or a small amount of paint
 
Reasons: 1. The air refill hole of the gun pot cover is blocked or the gas cap and suction pipe are seriously blocked; 2. There is no paint in the pot; 3, thimble stroke is too small.
 
Countermeasures: 1. Clean the air refill hole, air cap and suction tube on the lid; 2, supplement paint; 3, rotate the paint flow adjustment knob to increase the stroke of the needle valve
 
Eight, phenomenon: nozzle leakage of paint
 
Reasons: 1, the thimble sealing nut is too tight; 2. There are foreign bodies inside the nozzle port; 3, the nozzle and thimble are not matched or damaged; 4. The thimble return spring is broken or not installed.
 
Countermeasures: 1. Loosen the thimble seal nut; 2, clean the nozzle; 3, replace the nozzle set; 4. Replace the thimble return spring or install the upper thimble return spring.
 

 

Nine, phenomenon: the spray amplitude can not be adjusted

 
Reasons: 1. The control holes on both sides of the gas cap are blocked; 2. The spray amplitude regulator is damaged or installed incorrectly; 3. The air passage of the automatic spray gun fan control hole is blocked.
 
Countermeasures: 1. Clean the gas cap; 2. Replace the spray amplitude regulator or install the spray amplitude regulator correctly; 3. Clean the air passage.
 
10, phenomenon: can not adjust the air pressure or just connected to the compressed air gas will be directly from the muzzle
 
Reasons: 1, the air regulator is damaged or the air valve is damaged; 2. The air valve return spring is broken or not installed.
 
Countermeasures: 1, replace the air regulator or air valve; 2. Replace the air valve return spring or install the air valve return spring.
 
11, phenomenon: thimble seal leakage paint
 
Reasons: 1, thimble seal ring wear; 2, thimble sealing ring gasket is not installed; 3, thimble seal ring spring is damaged or not installed; 4, thimble seal nut loose; 5. The contact between the thimble and the sealing ring is worn; 6. The thimble is not compatible with the spray gun.
 
Countermeasures: 1, replace the thimble seal ring; 2. Install the thimble sealing ring gasket; 3. Replace or install the thimble seal ring spring; 4, tighten the thimble sealing nut; 5, replace the nozzle set; 6. Replace the nozzle set that matches the automatic spray gun.
