At present, several humidification measures in the textile industry:

 
1. General method: Some workshops sprinkle water on the ground, which can be slightly alleviated, but it will make the ground messy and affect the production efficiency of the whole workshop, and only the use of air evaporation can not play a good humidification effect. Some workshops also use electric heating to generate steam, which can achieve a certain humidification effect, but also increase the cost. Electric heating needs a lot of power, generally a few kilowatts, which goes against the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction.
 
2. Humidification with air conditioning: this has been a relatively advanced method, but the investment of air conditioning is relatively large, the maintenance cost is high in the later period, and the humidification effect is not good. According to different scale workshops, the humidification of air conditioning can only reach about 30% of the standard requirements, which is far from meeting the humidity requirements of textile workshops. 3. Humidify with a humidifier: This is the most ideal and economical method. At present, there are many kinds of humidifiers, such as high pressure micro fog humidifier, ultrasonic humidifier, electrode humidifier, electric heating humidifier, evaporative humidifier and so on. In fact, no matter what kind can meet our humidity requirements, the premise is to choose what type is more economical, more convenient, more suitable for us.
