Common faults:

 
 

Under-pressure of pump

Cause analysis

(1) Water leakage at the system connection
(2) overload
(3) The internal failure of the pump
(4) Air is sucked into the water supply pipeline
(5) The valve in the high pressure pump is damaged
(6) High-pressure pump internal high-pressure water seal wear
(7) The water inlet pipe is blocked

Solution

(1) Check copper pipes and joints
(2) reduce the number of nozzles carried by the pump
(3) Please contact the supplier
(4) Check pipes
(5) Replace the valve
(6) Cleaning/replacement
(7) Clean the water tank and water inlet pipe

There is still water running when the pump stops

Cause analysis

The high pressure pump valve has a foreign body

Solution

Wash the door to remove foreign matter
 

Pump stoppage

Cause analysis

(1) Power supply
(2) The internal mechanical structure of the pump is damaged
(3) The liquid level sensor has no signal

Solution

(1) Please check the circuit and circuit breaker
(2) Contact suppliers
(3) There is no water in the water tank/the liquid level sensor is damaged

Water pump leak

Cause analysis

(1) The oil plug is loosened
(2) oil mirror rupture
(3) oil seal wear
(4) The oil taste is too high

Solution

(1) Tighten the oil plug
(2) Replace the oil mirror
(3) Replace the oil seal
(4) Drain oil to a reasonable oil level
 

The pump vibrates and makes more noise

Cause analysis

(1) Poor water quality leads to insufficient water supply
(2) Pump plunger wear
(3) The valve in the pump is not tightly closed
(4) Bearing damage
(5) The frequency is incorrect
(6) The fixing bolt of the motor or high pressure pump is loose

Solution

(1) Improve water quality for water treatment
(2) Replace the pump piston
(3) Clean the valve
(4) Replace the bearing and add lubricating oil
(5) Reduce or increase the frequency
(6) Adjust the position of the motor or water pump and fix the bolts
 
 

Pump temperature is very high

Cause analysis

(1) Inferior oil products
(2) The oil in the crankcase is insufficient
 

Solution

(1) National standard CD20W-50 oil is recommended
(2) Adjust the amount of oil to the standard
 

The main engine came to a sudden stop

Cause analysis

(1) Bad contact of power supply
(2) The water supply is insufficient and the water level is too low
(3) The time setting value is incorrect

Solution

(1) Please check the line connection
(2) Increase the water supply
(3) Set a reasonable time segment
 

Leakage at nozzle

Cause analysis

(1)0 ring expansion

Solution

(1) Release the nozzle after pressure relief, place the 0 sealing ring correctly, and then tighten the nozzle
 
 

Insufficient water supply

Cause analysis

(1) The water tank is not high enough
(2) The inlet pipe diameter is not enough
(3) The filter is blocked
(4) Insufficient water pressure

Solution

(1) Adjust the height of water tank
(2) Change the diameter of the large caliber inlet pipe
(3) Clean the filter element and replace it
(4) plus booster pump pressure
 
 

Main engine leakage

Cause analysis

(1) The water tank wall is broken
(2) Pipe material is broken
(3) The pipe connection is loose
(4) Water pump leakage
(5) solenoid valve leakage
 

Solution

(1) Repair welding
(2) Replacement
(3) Re-tighten after inspection
(4) repair first and replace those that cannot be repaired

High pressure pipeline leakage

Cause analysis

(1) Pipe fitting is broken
(2) improper installation

Poor atomization effect

Cause analysis

(1) Improper setting of spray time
(2) The installation height is not enough
(3) Improper nozzle density
