One: the selection of nozzle
When selecting a nozzle, it is necessary to consider its own performance, such as whether the working pressure, flow rate, range, combined irrigation intensity and spraying sector Angle of the nozzle can be adjusted, as well as factors such as allowable soil irrigation intensity, land size and shape, water source conditions and user requirements.
In addition, in the same project or the same round irrigation group of a project, it is better to choose a nozzle with similar model or performance, so as to facilitate the control of irrigation uniformity and the operation and management of the whole system. In the established projects, some are one-sided pursuit of waterscape effect, and install a variety of nozzles with completely different performance, resulting in irrigation uniformity cannot be guaranteed.
When choosing a nozzle, it should be noted that the irrigation system is not a fountain. Its purpose is to make up for the temporal and spatial shortage of water needed by plants, rather than to create artificial water features. Therefore, only in the first to meet the premise of water demand, as far as possible to take care of the landscape effect.
According to the range, there are 0.6 ~ 5.8 meters of small range nozzle, 4.3 ~ 9.1 meters of medium range nozzle, 8.5 ~ 15.9 meters of medium range nozzle, more than 20 meters of large range nozzle; According to the spray type, there are scattering nozzle, ray nozzle, rotating nozzle, ray rotating nozzle; According to the use of the occasion, there are garden nozzle, golf nozzle and so on. These nozzles can automatically pop out of the ground when pressurized spraying water, and shrink into the ground when the irrigation stops, without affecting the mechanical operation on the landscape.
Two: the introduction of sprinkler nozzle
1.1. Small range nozzle
Generally non-rotating scattering nozzles, these nozzles pop up height of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 300mm, optional spray forms or adjustable Angle nozzles, spray irrigation strength is larger. Not only suitable for small irrigation, also can be used for shrubs, hedges irrigation and dust.
1.2. Small and medium range nozzle
Most of them are rotary nozzles with a range of 4.3 ~ 11.3 meters, and the ejection height is 100mm, 150mm and 300mm. This nozzle is suitable for medium area green space and shrub, flower spray irrigation. In particular, the MP series buried ray rotating nozzles, with a range of 3 ~ 9 meters, are especially suitable for spraying on slopes and new plants due to their unique spraying method and incomparable water-saving characteristics. 1.3 Medium range nozzles are mostly rotating nozzles, which are suitable for irrigation of medium area green space.
1.4. Large range nozzle
The range is more than 20 meters. It is characterized by high material strength and good impact resistance. In addition to large area irrigation, especially suitable for sports field irrigation system.
The allowable irrigation strength of soil is one of the main factors affecting the selection of nozzle. Irrigation intensity refers to the depth of water sprayed on the ground per unit time. We generally consider the combined irrigation intensity, because the irrigation system is basically a combination of multiple nozzles working simultaneously.
The requirement for the intensity of sprinkler irrigation is that the water can penetrate into the soil immediately after falling to the ground without water and ground runoff, that is, the combined intensity of sprinkler nozzle (ρ combination) should be less than or equal to the water infiltration rate of the soil. In addition, the allowable irrigation intensity of soil decreased significantly with the increase of terrain slope. If the slope is greater than 12%, the allowable irrigation intensity of the soil will be reduced to more than 50%.
Therefore, for the engineering of terrain relief, special attention should be paid to the selection of nozzle.
