The flat fan nozzle enjoys a good reputation in the spray circle for its good spray effect. However, few people know that there are actually two common spray methods for flat fan nozzles, that is, dielectric flat fan and mechanical flat fan.
1. Media sector
The medium sector of the flat fan nozzle can be subdivided into bubble sector and pneumatic sector according to the different medium of the flat fan.
1. Bubble flat fan
The advantages of bubble sector are less air consumption, high sector quality, and the sector effect is basically not affected by the outlet diameter. Therefore, bubble sector is more suitable for sector heavy, residuum and other high viscosity liquid fuels. The principle of bubble flat fanning is to inject compressed air into the liquid, and make both of them form a stable bubble-like two-phase flow in the flat fan nozzle mixing chamber, which changes dramatically at a very short distance from the flat fan nozzle outlet, prompting it to expand rapidly until it bursts, and further break the liquid film wrapped around it into more subtle liquid fog particles.
2, pneumatic flat fan
Pneumatic sector can obtain good sector effect under low fuel supply pressure, and can also obtain high sector quality when using high viscosity fuel, and can be adjusted in a wide range, and the use of flexible. The principle of pneumatic sector is to rely on a certain pressure of gas to form a high-speed airflow, so as to promote the formation of a high relative speed between the gas and the fuel to achieve the purpose of sector.
Second, mechanical flat fan
The mechanical sector mainly relies on the high-speed jet generated by the fuel under the action of pressure difference to make the fuel sector, and can be subdivided into direct, centrifugal and rotary sector three kinds.
The flat fan of the flat fan nozzle can make the liquid fuel into a very fine particle and a liquid fog of uniform size to increase the contact area between the liquid fuel and the combustion air, which can effectively promote evaporation, so that the fuel can be fully and effectively burned, and the finer the flat fan particles, the more fully burned. Therefore, selecting a good flat fan nozzle is an important way to improve production efficiency and save energy.
