Stainless steel air jet nozzles are designed for a wide range of blow applications in process processing to spray a high-impact, fan-shaped stream of compressed air. The air jet nozzle is made of stainless steel. The nozzle is designed with 16 cylindrical jet holes, from which air is blown out to form a fan air flow. The internal structure of the nozzle is designed according to the aerodynamic principle, which effectively reduces the air resistance during operation. High airflow momentum can be obtained even at low gas pressure. In addition, air jet nozzles also perform well in reducing working noise and air consumption.
The air jet nozzle is designed with two positioning holes to facilitate side by side installation and fixation of the nozzle. The combined air knife can produce effective air curtain.
Stainless steel air jet nozzle has 1/4 "BSPT external thread connection.
The maximum working pressure of the air jet nozzle is 7 bar and the maximum working temperature is 80℃. Stainless steel air jet nozzle working pressure is 30 bar, can withstand the highest operating temperature of 250℃. Stainless steel air jet nozzle can withstand temperature of 800℃.
