Ultra Small Flow Rate Flat Fan Spray Nozzles

This series flat fan nozzle features the very small flow rate as a part of the standard flat jet nozzle family. The very small flow rates (0.067 to 0.26 L/min @ 3bar) meanwhile keep the high uniformity of the spray performance (spray angle, even flow distribution, etc) is a challenge for this kind of nozzle due to the very small orifice. The soft mist spray from the nozzle can be used for applications as coating, cooling, disinfection, humidifying, etc.
 

Design Features

● One-piece construction; 
● V shape groove of the orifice to produce tapered flow distribution;
● No internal parts;
● Fine to small droplets, soft mist produced ;
● Metal mesh strainer is suggested for clogging prevent;
● Male connections, 1/8” or 1/4”, BSPT or NPT;
