Design features:
Double fluid three-stage atomization structure, excellent atomization effect, average particle size less than 90 microns.
Excellent atomization efficiency, low pressure (pressure ≤7bar, hydraulic ≤7bar), can achieve the best performance.
Flow channel up to 6.3mm, effectively prevent clogging.
316L, 2205, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, Hastelloy alloy and other materials can be selected to ensure long service life under different working conditions.
Atomization principle -- unique three-stage atomization structure:
The compressed air and water meet at the back of the air guide ring, and the pressure drop generated by the compressed air through the flow hole in the air guide link causes the initial atomization of the water flow. As shown in figure 1.
The initial water droplets continue to converge on the central cylinder of the air cap and collide to produce mechanical fragmentation atomization. As shown in figure 2.
The air cap serves as the final mixing chamber of compressed air and water. When the mixture of compressed air and water rushes out of multiple holes through the air cap, the pressure drop generated promotes the final atomization. As shown in figure 3.
