Design Features

Atomization can be controlled by varying the air pressure without changing liquid flow rates with external mix set-ups.

Spray flow is adjustable

The nozzle has the function of adjusting the spray flow rate.So how does the air atomizing nozzle adjust the flow size?
1. Different flow rates can be obtained by adjusting the gas-liquid pressure ratio.
2, air atomizing nozzle with adjusting needle valve, manual knob can adjust the needle valve to adjust the size of spray volume and spray shape.
