Air and liquid streams are mixed separately from the nozzle outlet outside the nozzle.
Because there is no connection between the air and liquid lines inside the nozzle, the air and liquid flows can be controlled independently, allowing precise measurements of the liquid.
The atomization effect can be controlled by adjusting the air flow. The greater the air flow, the better the atomization effect.
External mixing units can be used for liquids with viscosity.

The nozzle has the function of adjusting the spray flow rate.So how does the air atomizing nozzle adjust the flow size?
1. Different flow rates can be obtained by adjusting the gas-liquid pressure ratio.
2, air atomizing nozzle with adjusting needle valve, manual knob can adjust the needle valve to adjust the size of spray volume and spray shape.
