The jet Angle of spiral full cone spray nozzles is 60-170 degrees. At 3 bar pressure, the liquid flow rate scale is 5.5-4140 L/min. This spiral full cone spray nozzles has an unimpeded flow path plan that greatly reduces liquid blockage and allows maximum flow across a given size of pipe. It is because the spiral nozzle has the characteristics of not easy to plug it can be used for desulfurization and dust removal. The desulphurization and dust removal nozzles can be installed or updated on most piping systems. Spiral full cone spray nozzles are available with NPT or BSPT(external) thread type. Generally 1/4 inch to 4 inch nozzles can be made of brass, 316 stainless steel castings, TEFLON or polychloroethylene materials. Brass and cast 316 stainless steel nozzles are required for higher pressures. Other materials may also be used for special purposes.

The full cone nozzle can produce evenly distributed spray with small to medium droplet size under a wide range of flow rates and pressures. This uniform full cone spray distribution is derived from the unique blade design, large and smooth flow channel and excellent control characteristics. Such full cone nozzle work best in jet applications that require complete coverage of an area.
 
2. Spiral spray
spiral nozzle spiral design, in fact, is not to prevent blockage, but to better spray effect. Spiral design, its spray will have a sense of layers, that is, multiple layers of spray. If the other nozzle is placed under the same pressure as the spiral nozzle, the spiral nozzle will spray much better.
