The 60 degrees Angle Whirljet full cone nozzle has a wide Angle full solid conical spray mode, the impact area is round, and the spray Angle is between 30 degrees and 60 degrees.They produce uniformly distributed medium droplets over a wide range of flows and pressures
Wide-angle Whirljet full cone spray nozzles have detachable covers and blades, ideal for head or manifold mounting.
They are designed so that the working end (cover and blade) can be removed from the nozzle for inspection or cleaning without removing the nozzle body from the header.

Female and male conn. thread are available. BSPT and NPT conn. thread are also available.

Design features

1. Unique blade design and large flow channel ensure excellent control and uniform spray distribution. Most models of caps and blades can be removed for easy maintenance and cleaning.
Detachable blades have positioning marks for easy installation after cleaning, and positioning screws fix the blades in the nozzle to ensure that the blades do not move due to vibration.
2. Optional polypropylene provides additional resistance to chemicals and prevents wear from crystallization and debris.
For installation in narrow space, optional right-angle installation form, can be installed vertically.
